We appreciate your interest in renting FBC Waxahachie. Please fill out and submit a completed form for approval by the FBC staff. Your event is not approved until you receive confirmation of the event and event has been paid for.
FAQ's
A: No, you do not have to be a member
A: We suggest requesting a room to rent 4-6 weeks in advance of your desired event date
A: Rental time is subjective to the individual event and other possible surrounding events happening at that time. Our staff members will communicate the building’s availability and how long your event can last.
A: Yes. Please fill out our building usage form and a staff member will contact you
A: Non-member fees can range from $25-$75/hr, depending on the type of rental.
A: You and your party are responsible for the set-up, tear down, and cleaning during the duration of your rental. Our staff will communicate with you to get an understanding of what resources are being request and will inform you of where to locate them.
A: Our decoration guidelines are below.
- No thumbtacks, nails, screws, duct tape, push pins, or hooks are permitted to be pushed, applied, or driven into the walls.
- No glitter or confetti of any kind under any circumstances. There will be a cleaning fee issued if glitter or confetti is found to have been used.
- Helium-filled balloons are welcome as long as they are tied down to a weight, table, or chair.
- Command strips are acceptable to use on the walls to hang decorations.
- Removing or taking down any of FBC’s pre-existing wall decor is prohibited.
- Real flowers are acceptable but please refrain from decorating with loose, real flower petals.
- Flame burning candles for decorative purposes are prohibited. However, we do allow candles to be briefly lit to be blown out on cakes for parties.
A: No pets or animals are allowed on the premises or inside the building. If you have a service animal, please communicate that with the FBC staff and they will discuss your options.
A: Yes, you are welcome to play music during the duration of your rental. However, music containing vulgar language, cursing, suggested violence, language pertaining to nudity, substance/alcohol use, or profanity is prohibited.
A: No, alcohol is prohibited on FBC’s campus.
A: No, smoking and/or vaping is prohibited on FBC’s campus.
A: The week leading up to your event, our staff will contact you with a one-time access code to the building.
A: You are welcome to park in any part of the parking lot. However, depending on the specific location and part of the building in which your rental is taking place, our staff may suggest a certain side of the lot to use for parking.
A: Your payment is required the day of your event. You may pay anytime before your event as well.
A: Please contact your staff event coordinator as soon as possible should rescheduling need to take place.

Disclaimers
Disclaimer: You and your party are solely responsible for the set up, tear down, and clean up of your rental space. We ask that if your rental requires a room to be rearranged for the duration of your event, that the room be completely returned to its original configuration, any trash be cleaned up, dirty linens be put in the provided laundry basket and left in the kitchen, and any trash bags be taken out to our dumpster. Failure to follow clean up procedures could result in termination of future rentals.
Please note that FBC Waxahachie will not be held liable or responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, broken, or left behind during the duration of your event. FBC will attempt to contact the owner and return any items or decorations that are left behind. In the event that FBC is unsuccessful in contacting the owner, any items left behind will be donated after 2 weeks following the date of the event.
By reserving and/or renting a room at FBC Waxahachie, you acknowledge that FBC is first and foremost a place of worship and a church. FBC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation in the rare event that an unforeseen funeral or church-related event is scheduled during the time of your reservation. Our staff works diligently to ensure that all reservations and rentals are scheduled as coherently as possible.
Please note that you are only permitted to access the room(s) which you reserve. We ask that you and your group refrain from wandering around other parts of the building you did not reserve, as it’s possible there may be other groups in the building at the same time of your reservation. Failure to comply with this policy could result in termination of future rentals or reservations.
